Property and Facility Management
We are engaged in the management of real estate assets on behalf of our clients. While property management deals with the normal residential and simple office buildings, facility management is an interdisciplinary field primarily devoted to the maintenance and care of large commercial or institutional buildings such as hotels, resorts, schools, office complexes, sports arenas, or convention centres.
We ensure that facilities installed in the building, such as air-conditioning systems, standby generators, passenger lifts, fire prevention systems, cleaning, security and concierge services are efficiently managed and maintained, in addition to decoration, and groundskeeping.
Some or all of these duties can be assisted by computer programs.
In this regard we maintain a properly audited Service Charge Account and also carry out periodic Rental Valuations to advice on rental reviews.
